Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited activities when using Istranslate. Violations may result in suspension, blocking, or termination.
1. Prohibited content and activities
- Illegal content or activities, including assisting wrongdoing.
- Content that violates rights of others (including copyright, privacy, or confidentiality).
- Hate, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
- Sexual exploitation of minors or any content involving minors in a sexual context (strictly prohibited).
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, or instructions intended to harm systems.
- Uploading sensitive personal data of third parties without a lawful basis and consent.
2. Abuse and fraud
- Attempting to bypass limits, rate limits, paywalls, or anti-abuse controls.
- Automated scraping or bulk requests that materially degrade the Service.
- Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment activity.
3. Security and integrity
- Reverse engineering, probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal (where applicable), temporary or permanent account restrictions, and reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.
